I was doing my cultural assignment today and started clicking through old photos in my computer out of boredom. Found some old photos that I totally forgot about. Some passing down and award giving ceremony that Interact club has annually. I forgot what it's called but I remember we had a lot of fun! We kept doing this bowing action to Louis (the club president) for fun but I can't remember why.

I miss Interact!! It was slack and quite fun. Haha and I can't believe I did the whole International Friendship Day thing. Seems like ages ago.

And I found a photo of this: SAJC laksa!! It's the best! Every Tues was Laksa day for the Wanton stall. I remember we used to eat it after the dreadful PE lesson.

Anyway we found a new favourite food in school: 台湾手抓饼!A new stall opened and we tried it yesterday. It's SO yummy!! It's like a roti prata skin with some meat or egg or pork floss etc with vege wrapped inside. Super oily but damn nice. Haha I can't wait to eat it again. I took a photo of it but it looks so blur. I dunno why but I feel perpetually hungry here. I shall upload more food pictures.

This is 金针菇 and squid 串which are super yummy too. They are sold along street-side stalls. We always patronise this uncle's stall right outside the school gate, and yesterday he asked whether we were TEACHERS at the uni. Do we look very old!? I was so sad!

I bought these biscuits cos they are red bean flavoured. They aren't very special though. And biscuits are so fattening but I can't stop myself from eating them! Fei Lun Hai biscuits are much nicer (and there is no nutritional content on the packaging so I can live in denial haha)

This is my new favourite yoghurt drink (also endorsed by Fei lun hai and SHE, everything here seems to be endorsed by them!! Why??). Ok I know I'm really bo liao to upload such pictures but these are like the highlight of my day. Whoopee. I can't wait to eat shou zhua bing!

This is 凉皮, which is something like guo tiao with beansprouts mixed with vinegar, sesame sauce and chilli. It's not bad but quite salty.

This was my dinner today, Japanese takeout. It's fried rice wrapped in egg. So cute right! Ok I shall stop the food rant. More next time!
